- 2-4 thick pork chops
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove

- 2-3 apples
- ¼ cup brown sugar

Step 1
1. Roast pork chops with onion, garlic and spices.
2. When browned, add apple slices on each with brown sugar and cinnamon.
3. Cover and simmer for another 5 minutes.
