Ingredients
- 2 tbs. butter
- 2 tbs. flour
- 3/4 ¾ cup half and half cream
- 1/4 ¼ cup white wine

Step 1
Melt the butter over low heat and stir with a whisk. Add flour and stir an additional minute. Slowly add the cream until thick and smooth. Add wine and stir; simmer 15 minutes.
