Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 10 oz. packages mint semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 1/4 cup pistachio nuts, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa

Step 1
In 3 quart saucepan over medium-high heat, heat heavy whipping cream to boiling. Remove saucepan from ehat, immediately stir in chocolate pieces until smooth. Pour chocolate mixture into 13x9" pan, cover and refrigerate until cool and firm enough to shape, about 2 hours. Working quickly, with hands, shape scant tablespoon of chocolate mixture into balls. Roll half in chopped pistachios and the other half in cocoa.
