NACHO CASSEROLE

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef or turkey
• 1 medium chopped onion
• 1 package taco seasoning mix
• 2 1/2 C hot water
• 1 package macaroni and cheese mix
• 1 can white corn, drained
• 1 C mild chunky salsa
• 1 C sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat with onion. Add taco mix, water, macaroni and cheese mix, corn and salsa. Cook low about 8 minutes. Turn off heat or remove skillet from burner and stir in sour cream. Serve
