- 4 tabl unsweetened cocoa powder
- 6 tabl whole milk
- 1 16 oz box confectioners' sugar
- 1 tea vanilla extract

Step 1
In a medium saucepan, combine butter, cocoa, and milk; bring to a boil over med-high heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Transfer mixture to a large bowl. Beat at medium speed with a mixer until smooth.
