Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked spaghetti squash
- 3/4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 2 tsp. flour
- dash salt
- dash pepper

Step 1
In medium bow, combine all ingredients. Shape mixture into 2 patties.
Spray medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Cook patties over medium heat until lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Turn patties over; cook until other side is lightly browned, about 3 minutes longer.
