Ingredients

1/2 C butter
1/2 C peanut butter
1 1/4 C flour
1/2 C granulated sugar
1/2 C brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t vanilla
sugar

Preparation

Step 1

In mixing bowl beat butter and peanut butter on high for 30 seconds. Add flour, sugars, egg, soda, baking powder and vanilla. Beat. Shape dough into 1" balls. Roll in sugar. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 7-9 minutes. Immediately after baking, press a chocolate kiss into cokkie.
