- 2 TBSP butter - melted
- 1/2 to 1 tsp salt

Rinse pumpkin seeds and remove any strings that might still be attached. Dry with dish towel.
Combine dry seeds in bowl with butter and salt. Mix thoroughly. Spread seeds on jelly roll pan. Bake in 250-degree oven for about 30 minutes, shaking pan every 10 minutes to make sure all sides are being roasted. Bake until seeds are crisp and brown.
