Caramel Popcorn made With Marshmellows

Yummy Caramel Popcorn made with Marshellows!

Ingredients

• 1/2 c. brown sugar
• 1/2 c. butter
• 9-10 marshmallows
• 12 c. popcorn.

Preparation

Step 1

Make the popcorn without adding butter flavoring (just coconut oil and kernels).

Microwave the brown sugar and butter for 2 minutes.
Add the marshmallows to the warm butter and sugar mixture.
Microwave until melted, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
Pour over popcorn.
