Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup corn meal
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 1/2 TBS sugar
  • 1 egg. beaten
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 TBS butter, melted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 TBS milk

Preparation

Step 1

Sift together dry ingredients. Add egg,sour cream,milk and butter
Beat well. Pour into greased 9" loaf pan.
Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 min
