2 (8oz) bricks of cream cheese
1 (8oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
¼ C. green pepper, finely chopped
2 Tbs. onion, finely chopped
2 C. chopped pecans
1 Tbs. seasoned salt
Soften cream cheese then stir in pineapple and 1 C. pecans. Add remaining ingredients, and mix well. Roll mixture into remaining pecans. Chill and let set overnight. Wrap in foil to keep fresh.
