Ingredients
- 2 cups cold cooked rice
- 2 cups Campfire Miniature marshmallows
- 1-1/3 cups drained pineapple tidbits
- 1/2 cup cherries
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Combine rice, marshmallows, pineapple, cherries and nuts. Whip cream, gradually adding sugar and vanilla. Fold into rice mixture. chill.
