Ingredients
- 5 large boiled mashed potatoes
- 3 c. flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 3 tbsp. shortening melted
- pinch of salt

Preparation
Step 1
Rice the potatoes while hot. Add approximately 3 c. flour slowly. Add eggs, butter, shortening and salt. Knead real good and roll out. It is a light soft dough, so do not roll real thin.
Place 1/2 of a real plum inside and seal.
