Ingredients
- 1 3 pound turkey breast
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 T lime juice
- 1 T sugar - optional
- 1 mec. onion, sliced

Preparation
Step 1
place the turkey breat in a shallow baking pan. Pour the chicken broth, wine & lime juice over it. Sprinkle with the sugar, arrange the onion slices around the turkey breast
Bake @ 375* for 2 hours or until the turkey is tender, basting every 1/2 hour.
