  • 1 pound plus 13 ounces semisweet chocolate chips in white or brown chocolate
  • 7 ounces unsweetened chocolate
  • 7 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
  • 2.5 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 . 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Butter and lightly flour a 12 x 18 x 1-inch baking sheet. Melt butter, 1 pound of chocolate chips, and the unsweetened chocolate in a bowl over boiling water, Allow to cool a little.
