Ingredients
- 1 baked 9 inch pie shell
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup light cream
- 3 tbs. cornstarch
- 1 tbs. flour
- 1 tbs. grated lemon rind
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbs. icing sugar
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract

Preparation
Step 1
In a pan combine the sugar, cream, cornstarch, flour, rind, and juice. Brin the mixture to a boil over medium heat and add butter, mixing until thick. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup sour cream. Pour into the pie shell and chill.
Whip the cream and fold in the sour cream, sugar, and extract. Pipe rosettes onto the pie.
