Ingredients

1 cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
1 egg
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. almond extract

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and mix throughly. Add dry ingredients which have been mixed and sifted together. Add almond extract.
Put through cookie press and bake 10 to 12 minues 375.
Watch so they don't get brown.
