Ingredients
- 2 pork filets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 ounces of bacon cubed
- 2 green onions minced
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 pound of mushrooms heads
- salt and pepper
- ¼ teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
- 1 cup of red wine

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven at 350.
2. Heat oil, and add pork and seared 4 minutes each side.
3. Add bacon, salt and pepper and cook 2 minutes.
4. Add green onion and garlic. Then all mushrooms and sprinkle with thyne, parsely, salt and pepper. Cook 2 minutes.
5. Add red wine and cook one extra minute.
6. Cover and cook in the oven for 1 hour 15 minutes.
