Ingredients

  • 1 x16 oz can baked beans
  • 1 1/4 cups breadcrmbs
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp mixed herbs
  • 2 egg whites, or egg substitute equivalent to 1 egg
  • 1 cup grated cheese (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 F.

Mash the beans and breadcrumbs together. Add the remaining ingredients to form a 'dough'. If needed, thin with a touch of milk.

Put in a sprayed or teflon loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour.
