  • large pitcher of filtered water
  • 1 large slice grapefruit
  • 1 tangerine, substitute 2 if small
  • 1/2 cucumber, peel and slice
  • 2 fresh peppermint leaves, not the oil
  • ice, as much as you like

Step 1

Wash grapefruit, tangerine, cucumber and peppermint leaves. Slice cucumber, grapefruit and tangerine or peel. Combine all ingredients (fruits, vegetables, filtered water and ice) into a large pitcher.

Drink 3 large glasses 30 minutes before each meal and/sip on all day long.
