Ingredients
- Pizza Marguerite – Layer the pizza with 1 ¾ cups diced plum tomatoes, ½ cup coarsely chopped basil, 2 – 3 tbs. parmesan cheese, 2 tbs. olive oil, season with salt and pepper, parmesan or mozzarella cheese
- Pizza Romano – Layer the pizza with 1 ¼ cups thinly sliced mushrooms, 2 green peppers that have been thinly sliced, 1 onion thinly sliced
- Italian Sausage and Onions- Top the pizza with 12 oz. sausage casings removed browned. Thinly sliced one onion and scatter over the pizzas
- Mushroom, Sausage and Pepperoni – Layer the pizza with 8 oz cooked sausage, 1 ¼ cups sliced mushrooms, and 40 pepperoni slices
- White pizza- Boil potatoes and slice thinly while still warm. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
