Ingredients

  • 1 -(6 oz.) jar kalamata olives, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped (sm. dice)
  • 1 tomato, chopped (sm. dice)
  • 1 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 12 lg. rolls
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Step 1

Hollow out middle of rolls. Brush inside of roll with some melted butter. Mix oil, vinegar, pepper, salt, basil and garlic. Pour over vegetables and cheese; mix well. Fill holes and replace lid. Wrap Individually in foil and bake 25 minutes at 350°. Wrap in bandannas and serve in basket.
