Ingredients
- 1 -(6 oz.) jar kalamata olives, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped (sm. dice)
- 1 tomato, chopped (sm. dice)
- 1 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 12 lg. rolls
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Step 1
Hollow out middle of rolls. Brush inside of roll with some melted butter. Mix oil, vinegar, pepper, salt, basil and garlic. Pour over vegetables and cheese; mix well. Fill holes and replace lid. Wrap Individually in foil and bake 25 minutes at 350°. Wrap in bandannas and serve in basket.
