Ingredients
- Directions:
- 3/4 lb small shrimp in shells
- salt
- paprika, preferably Spanish
- 3 T. chicken bouillon base
- 4 slices of garlic cloves
- 1/4 t. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 T. fresh lemon juice
- 2 T. minced parsley
- ●Shell shrimp and sprinkle with salt and paprika.
- ●Heat bouillon base, garlic and pepper flakes in a medium skillet.
- ●When the garlic is just beginning to brown, add shrimp and cook while stirring about 1 minute until done and firm to touch.
- ●Stir in lemon juice and parsley. Serve immediately.
