Ingredients
- Rind + Juice of Lemon
- 1/2 lb Butter (Room Temperature)
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 3 Egg Yolk's
- 3 Cup's Flour
- 1 Cup Walnut's, Chopped
- 22 Oz. Smucker's Apricot

Preparation
Step 1
Mix Lemon Rind, Lemon Juice, Butter, sugar, egg yolks and flour with hand's. Beat Egg whites till still and mix 1 cup chopped walnut's. Spread on top of jelly.
Handy pat above mixture on jelly roll pan. Spread jelly(Smucker's apricot) over bake mixture spread.
Your egg whites + walnut over your jelly. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or till your edge is real brown. Bake at 350°
