Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 2 large egg whites
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons Splenda
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 8 slices whole grain cinnamon swirlbread
- Sugar-free syrup (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Coat griddle or large skillet with nonstick cooking spray and place over medium heat.
2. In a shallow bowl, shisk together all the ingredients except the bread and syrup. Place slices of bread into the egg mixture, turning to coat both sides.
3. Place the bread onto the hot griddle and cook until the underside is golden brown. Turn and cook until the second side is golden brown. Serve immediately.
