- 1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- Dash nutbeg
- 1/4-1/2 cup apricot nectar

Step 1
Stir into yiogurt: brown sugar, cinnamon, dash of nutmeg.
Add apricot nectar, enough to make of drizzling consistency. Stir until smooth.
Cover and store in frig up to 2 weeks.
