Ingredients
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 cup almonds (toasted)
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1 cup hazelnuts (toasted and skins removed)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Step 1
Places cashews, almonds, pecans and hazelnuts in a 2 - 3 1/2 quart slow cooker.
In a small bowl mix sugar, melted butter, ground ginger, salt, ground cinnamon, ground cloves and cayenne pepper. Toss with nuts in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 2 hours, stirring after 1 hour. Stir and spread on buttered foil; cool 1 hour. Store in covered container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
