  • Dressing:
  • 1 pkg ready made coleslaw mix
  • 2-4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 3/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted
  • 2 pkgs Ramen noodles,
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Step 1

Combine coleslaw, onions, mushrooms, almonds and sesame seeds in a large bowl. Toss. Crunch up dry noodles and add to salad. . Mix dressing and pour over salad ingredients just before serving. Toss well. DO NOT add dressing too soon, as it will become too soggy.

To toast almonds/sesame seeds, place in 400 degree oven and bake for approximately 8-10 mins. until lightly browned. Watch carefully! Or toast in a skillet on low/med heat until light brown,
