Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 14 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup uncooked pasta
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook beef and onion in skillet. Drain off fat. Add tomatoe sauce and season with salt and pepper. Simmer. Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender. Drain. In an 8 inch square baking dish spread half of meat mixture. Top with macaroni and then remaining meat mixture. Sprinkle with cheddar and parmesan. Bake at 425F until bubbly.
