Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2/3 cups water (also may add 2-3 Tbsp)

Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour and salt in large bowl and stir well. Whisk together eggs and water and add to flour mixture beating until just smooth. Should be like pancake batter. Add more water if too thick. Boil 3-4 minutes. Rinse under cold water. Can be fried on high heat with 2 Tbsp vegetable oil and 2 Tbsp unsalted butter.
