Ingredients

  • Mix together:
  • 4- 6 Chicken Breasts chopped
  • 1 pkg of large flour tortillas
  • ½ onion minced
  • 1 small can of sliced black olives
  • 1 small can of green chilies
  • 1 can cream mushroom soup
  • 2 can cream chicken soup
  • 1 – 8 oz sour cream
  • Mix well
  • ** (Set aside a portion of this mixture to use on top.)
  • Add:
  • Chopped chicken
  • 1 pkg Monterey Jack/Colby Jack cheese
  • Mix well
  • Roll tortillas with mixture and place in Pam sprayed baking dish.
  • **(I usually put a little of the mixture set aside earlier in the bottom of the baking dish also)
  • ** (Top tortillas with the remaining mixture you set aside earlier.)
  • 1 pkg cheddar cheese over top of casserole
