Ingredients
- 4 split boneless chicken breast
- 8-1 oz. ham slices
- 8-1oz. Swiss cheese slices
- 3 tab. minced parsley
- 1/4 teas. pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup. butter
- 1 can of cream mushroom soup
- 1-8oz. sour cream
- 1/3 cup sherry
- 1 can sliced mushroom

Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken breast half on wax paper. Flatten to 1/4 inch thickenss. Place on slice of ham and swiss cheese on each chicken pieces. Sprinkle evenly with parsley and pepper. Roll lengthwise and secure with toothpick. Dip each breast with egg and coat evenly with bread crumbs. Melt butter in heavy skillet and brown chicken on each side.
Spray baking dish with Pam. Reserve dripping in skillet. Add remaining ingredients in skillet and stir. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake 350 for 40-45 minutes.
