Ingredients

10 lb. icing sugar
8 oz. honey
½ oz. salt
Vanilla to taste
2 lbs. plus 4 oz. water
¾ oz. gelatine

Preparation

Step 1

Heat the water and gelatine until the mixture reaches 160 degrees. Mix water and the other ingredients, mixing until smooth. Dip items while the glaze is still hot.
