  • Cooked dough on a pizza pan
  • Dijon mustard
  • 1 CUP Extra strong cheddar (emental)
  • 6 Tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • black olives (to taste)
  • olive oil
  • spices of choice (mainly basil)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook dough as directed.
2. Greased slightly with Dijon mustard.
3. Make three rows of sliced tomatoes, adding your choice of spices.
4. Sliced onion very thin and arrange over tomatoes. Add black olives and a bit of olive oil.
5. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
