Ingredients
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 graham cracker pie crust or unbaked pastry pie crust
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- Additional coconut for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Whisk together the eggs, flour, and sugar. Add the melted butter, whisking while pouring it in.
Mix in the milk and the coconut. Pour the filling into the pie crust.
Bake for 40 minutes. Let cool completely before topping with whipped cream and coconut. Chill until ready to serve.
