Yum Yum Cake
- 1 cup flour
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup pecans (chopped or ground)
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 8oz cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 3 cups cold milk
- Large container cool whip
Melt butter and mix with flour, pecans & sugar with spoon and press into springform pan. Bake crust at 350 for 30 mins. until golden brown.. Set aside to cool.
Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in 1 cup cool whip. Spread on cooled crust.
Beat chocolate pudding with 1 1/2 cups cold milk until thick. Put on top of cream cheese layer.
Beat vanilla pudding with 1 1/2 cups cold milk until thick. Put on top of chocolate pudding.
Take remaining cool whip and spread on pudding mixture.
Grate chocolate bar or bits of brickle on top if desired. Chill over night.
Also good in 9x13 pan.
