Ingredients

  • FROSTING:
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/4 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 lg. can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 (8 oz.) ctn. Cool Whip
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, undrained

Preparation

Step 1

Mix yellow cake mix, oil, eggs, and oranges thoroughly and pour into 3 (8-inch) cake pans that have been greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool.

Frosting:
Beat pudding and pineapple together, fold in thawed Cool Whip. Spread between layers and frost the top. Refrigerate overnight.
