  • 3 Tbs balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbs dijon mustard
  • 2 gloves garlic minced
  • 2 C mushrooms
  • 1/3 C chicken broth
  • 1/4 tsp thyme



Step 1

Mix 2Tbs balsamic vinegar with 2 Tbs dijon mustard and garlic. Coat the chicken with this mixture.
Put chicken to the side. In saute pan, saute mushrooms, cook approx 3 min. Add 1/3 C chicken broth, 1 Tbs balsamic vinegar, and 11/4 tsp thyme.
Cook approx 5-7 min. Pour over chicken
