  • 10 grams baking powder

  • 250 grams butter
  • 250 grams shortening
  • 500 grams sugar

  • 500 grams eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Sift step 1 together; set aside.

On medium speed cream step 2 until light and fluffy.

Adjust speed to medium and slowly add step 3. Stop the machine and scrape sides of bowl. Mix well.

Reduce speed to low and add step 1. Mix just until blended. Do not over mix. Bake 35-40 minutes.
