Ingredients
- Olive Oil
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 2 cans tuna fish packed in olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
- 1 large can plum peeled tomatoes
- 1 large can tomato puree

Preparation
Step 1
Put a little olive oil in a pan. Flake the tuna, add garlic, salt and pepper. Saute over low heat until garlic is done.
Add tomatoes and puree. Add water if necessary and a large amount of oregano. Cook in an uncovered pan. Bring sauce to a boil and then simmer for awhile.
