Ingredients

  • Alternate:
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 2 eggs-add 1 at a time
  • 1 C. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 C. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Topping: 1/4 C. sugar, 2 tsp cinnamon, 2 Tbsp. pecans.

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs 1 at a time. Alternate sour cream and flour, soda, salt and baking powder. Mix in vanilla. Put half of dough in greased and floured bundt pan. Add half of topping. Put rest of dough over topping. Repeat with topping. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.

Drizzle with powdered sugar icing.
