Ingredients
- 1 C butter
- 1 C Crisco shortening
- 3 C flour
- 1 C eggnog
- 1 C flaked coconut
- 3 C sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 t lemon extract
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1 t coconut extract

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream butter and shortening. Gradually add sugar, beating well. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each additiion. Using a spoon, add flour to creamed mixture alternately with eggnong, beginning and ending with flour. Stir in coconut and flavorings. Blend well. Pour batter into well-greased and floured 10" tube pan. Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Cool 10 minuts in pan. Remove.
