Ingredients

  • 250 gms cottage cheese
  • 3 capsicum chopped
  • 4 onion chopped
  • 4 tomato chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
  • 2 bay leaf (tej patta)
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 piece cinnamon
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cut cottage cheese, capsicum in pieces.

2. Grind onion, tomato, ginger, salt, red chili powder.

3. Mince cloves & cinnamom.

4. Heat oil in a pan.

5. Add bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon.

6. Then add onion, tomato, ginger paste.

7. Continue cooking it on medium flame till oil begins to separate.

8. Add paneer, capsicum pieces.

9. Cook on low flame till capsicum is done.

10. Put off the flame.

11. Garnish with corianer leaves & serve.
