Ingredients
- 1 3/4 lbs b. sprouts - sliced thin
- 2 T butter
- 3 T olive oil
- 12 med shallots - thinly sliced 2 cups
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 4 T pinenuts - toasted
- 2 T lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter & olive oil - saute shallots - about 3 mins
Add garlic stir 1 min
Add b sprouts - increase heat to med - high
Saute 8 mins until tender. Stir in 3T pine nuts & lemon juice.
Serve with remaining pine nuts.
