  • 1 3/4 lbs b. sprouts - sliced thin
  • 2 T butter
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 12 med shallots - thinly sliced 2 cups
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 4 T pinenuts - toasted
  • 2 T lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter & olive oil - saute shallots - about 3 mins
Add garlic stir 1 min
Add b sprouts - increase heat to med - high
Saute 8 mins until tender. Stir in 3T pine nuts & lemon juice.
Serve with remaining pine nuts.
