Party Stuffed Pinwheels

Ingredients

• 1 envelope lipton ranch soup mix
• 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
• 1 c shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz)
• 1 tbsp milk
• 2 pkg (10 oz each) refrigerated pizza crust

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425, In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except pizza crust, set aside.

Unroll pizza crusts, then evenly top w/filling, roll, starting at the longest side, jelly roll style, cut into 32 rounds.

On baking sheet sprayed w/nonstick cooking spray, arrange rounds cut side down.

Bake uncovered 13 minutes or until golden brown.


> if pizza crust is to soft to cut, refrigerate or freeze until firm.
