Aunt Millie (Hartzell) of the Arizona Hartzells has furnished us lots of recipes over the years. This may have been partly because she was cooking for six children (five boys) for many years!!

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. bacon, chopped
- 5-6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 Tbs. flour mixed with 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) evaporated milk
- Grated cheese

Step 1
Cook bacon in large cooker. Drain most of grease and add potatoes and onion. Add enough water to cover completely, along with salt and pepper, and cook until potatoes and onions are tender. Add flour/water mixture and cook until thickened. Stir in evaporated milk and heat until hot. Serve with grated cheese.
