Ingredients
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teas. paprika
- 2 whole skinless, boneless chicken breast; slipt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 head of broccoli about 1 lb. or 1-10oz broccoli spears
- 8 oz. fresh mushroom; sliced
- 1 tab. dried or frozen chopped chives

Step 1
Heat broiler in 3 quart saucepan over high heat, bring 3 cups hot tap water to boil, 3- minutes. Meanwhile, squeeze juice from lemon into shallow dish; combine flour and paprika in 1 gallon plastic bag. Cut chicken into 3/4 inch strips. Drip chicken into lemon and shake into bag. When all coated add to hot oil in skillet; cook about 10 minutes; turning occassionally until brown. While cooking chicken; add broccoli to boiling water , reduce heat and cover until tender. add mushrooms to skillets; cook 1 minutes . Add broccoli to skillet toss quickly. Serve over noodles.
