Cook 4 ounces of noodles in boiling water in a medium saucepan 3 minutes or until tender but still firm. Add thinly sliced pretrimmed snow peas and matchstick-cut carrots to pan. Cook 1 minute or until crisp-tender. Drain and return to pan. Add vinaigrette and cilantro; toss gently to coat.
