Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh parsley
- (1/2 teaspoon dried)
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Salad:
- 1 head icberg lettuce
- 2 tablespoons real bacon bits
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and cut into quarters

Step 1
1. To make the dressing, in a medium bowl whisk together the buttermilk, mayonnaise, yogurt, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, dill, salt and pepper.
2. For the salad, place the lettuce on a large cutting board. Cut in half lengthwise. Cut each half into three wedges, and carefully cut out the core.
3. Place each wedge onto a plate. Pour the dressing (about 2 1/2 tablespoons) ver the wedes. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons bacon bits over each wedge and garnish with egg.
